How would you improve repeat visits on Swiggy?
Repeat Visits = Frequency of Need x Frictionless Experience x Trigger
1. Frequency of Need (Creating more reasons to use the app)
A) Micro-Subscriptions: Sell cheap, habit-specific passes, like a ₹99 per month Chai Pass, so users actively look for excuses to order and maximise their investment.
B) Cross-Category Bundling: Prompt users to add next-morning essentials like milk or bread via Instamart to their late-night dinner order, turning a weekly food need into a daily grocery habit.
2. Frictionless Experience (Making the decision zero-effort)
A) Lock-Screen Reordering: Send a predictive notification for a user's daily habit, such as a 3 PM coffee, with a 1-click pay button directly on the phone lock screen.
B) Voice-Activated Usuals: Allow users to reorder their most frequent meals instantly via Siri or Google Assistant without ever having to navigate the app menu.
3. Trigger (The prompt that builds the habit)
A) Mystery Streaks: Gamify the experience by unlocking a mystery reward box, like a free dessert or high-value discount, when a user completes 3 orders in a single week.
B) Hyper-Contextual Alerts: Send dynamic push notifications tied to their immediate physical environment, such as suggesting hot snacks the exact moment it starts raining at their location.

Apart from these organic pushes, Swiggy can also resort to certain inorganic ways, Something similar to Dine out Cash which expires in a certain time window, becomes a rolling currency and encourages user to come again on the application
