F1 score is a mix of precision & recall. If F1 score is increasing, one of the possibility is that the precision reduced & recall increased.
If precision is falling, this indicates that many of the users / transactions are getting flagged wrongly and hence a sharp increase in the CSAT is also following.
There is other likelihood also that the recall if falling while precision is increasing, but in that case the CSAT will not fall so drastically & quickly
